Organizers select speakers and content on their merits. Sponsorship does not include speaking slots, topic control, or judging rights.
Attendee contact lists are not transferred to sponsors. Direct contact and introductions remain voluntary.
Benefits, guest access, availability, timing, payment, and cancellation terms are confirmed in a sponsorship agreement.
